I, the applicant, by this form consent to the processing of my personal data, which I will provide by filling out this form to the University of West Attica (hereinafter the "UNIWA"), by:

1. (i) The UNIWA and its competent services for the purpose of enrolling me in the postgraduate study program during the above-mentioned academic year (ii) The Administrative & Secretarial Support of the postgraduate program as well as its lecturers and lecturers to contact me by post, telephone, email or otherwise in relation to services, offers and communications at a later stage

2. I understand that in the event that I, the applicant, do not wish the UNIWA and/or Administrative & Secretarial Support of the postgraduate program and/or the lecturers and lecturers to contact me in the above way, I have the possibility to inform the UNIWA at any time and/or the Administrative & Secretarial Support of the postgraduate program and the lecturers and lecturers through the available communication methods.

3. For the avoidance of doubt, the following applies:-

i. Any information and data, which is provided through this electronic file by the applicant to PADA and which is to be used to achieve the Purpose of Admission to the postgraduate program and study in it, will be identified, marked and recorded by UNIWA as the personal data of the applicant.

ii. All personal data provided by the applicant through the electronic file may not be further processed or disclosed to third parties without the consent of the applicant unless this is required or permitted by the provisions of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of the EU (Regulation 2016/679) and/or the legislation in force in Greece in relation to the protection of personal data (as amended from time to time) and/or the provisions of any other applicable legislation.

iii. To avoid any doubts, the applicant hereby confirms that he is fully informed about the purpose of collecting and processing personal data as well as his right to withdraw this consent at any time.
